The hotel has a nice accommodation with an amazing setting just next door to the center of Westport. the employees, from the receptionists to the waiters, are lovely and approachable. the hotel is conveniently located close to Coveys restaurant, the town center, and the railway station.

Marvellous and brilliant location within walking distance from everything, good pool. Also - not far from centre of town, and west coast.

The accommodation had a central location in the centre.

The breakfast here was delicious and the main bar was a great feature, plus its central location is conveniently close to shops, bars, and restaurants.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly. We have stayed in numerous hotels for business and pleasure but I have to say the staff (particularly the girls at reception) but also the cleaning staff we met on corridors etc were very friendly and polite. we really liked the live music and dancing in the bar in the castlecourt hotel, again, the staff there were very friendly.

The price of the rooms are too steep especially in this day and age.

The room's were of an exceptional standard.

This place has a great location, just a short walk away from the town center and some amazing restaurants, with Holy Trinity Church also within easy walking distance.

Relaxed atmosphere, high quality accommodation, professional service. Have stayed 3 times and would recommend it to anyone.

It were allocated an amazing large room on the top floor, which was a big as a small house. Very good spa and pool Great central location in Westport Food was good Free parking

The hotel is 1st class and exceptionally clean, the staff are well-trained, location is perfect in the castle nightclub. The king room is airy with a lovely view. Very good service and the food is good. Parking is onsite.
